Visiting a community

Now that you’ve done your research, it’s time for a personal introduction. When you meet with a sales counselor, they’ll learn all about your wants and needs, so they can help you select a favorite floor plan, exterior style and homesite. Think of them as your go-to for all home-related questions, like layout choices and neighborhood tips. Plus, they can connect you with a loan expert to help secure your financing.

Financing your home
Securing the right home loan couldn’t be easier.
Financing is often an essential part in making your dream a reality. KBHS Home Loans®, our affiliated home loan partner, works hard to help you obtain a loan that suits your unique financial situation. You can even finance specific design choices through your loan, to truly make it your own.
Estimated new home costs**
Curious about financing? Enter your info to get a quick estimate of your monthly mortgage payment.
Total monthly payment is based on a 30-year loan period and assumes interest rate and mortgage amount input by customer. Payment includes principal and interest only. Other fees such as taxes, insurance and HOA are not included and will result in a greater actual monthly payment amount. Scenario assumes the buyer has good credit, provides full documentation, and pays estimated closing costs of 3% of the sales price. Loans with loan-to-value greater than 80% will require mortgage insurance which will increase the monthly payment. Minimum credit scores apply. Not all applicants may qualify. This is not a commitment to lend. Program, rates, fees, terms and conditions are not available in all states and subject to change.

Once we start building, you’ll see every detail come to life from the ground up. Your construction superintendent will be in regular contact, with updates along the way. You can also visit the site in person to check the progress of your new home.
