🌫️ #RisingVoices speaker and patient advocate extraordinaire Matt Horsnell was featured in the discussion group, “Understanding the Patient Lexicon Regarding Brain Fog in the Central Disorders of Hypersomnolence Population” at #SLEEP2024! 💯 "I think the frequency at which [brain fog] happens and its impact are two pieces of the puzzle," said Matt, a father of three, amateur strength athlete, and science nerd living in Nashville, TN. ➡️ Matt was diagnosed with #narcolepsy with #cataplexy in 2007 and now, as a trained speaker with Project Sleep’s Rising Voices leadership program, aims to raise awareness about narcolepsy and #sleep.📣 Thank you, Matt, for all of your INCREDIBLE work and dedication to raising awareness and advocating for sleep and #sleepdisorders!
